Description: This specialized course is taught by a financial advisor with years of experience and will cover seven basic sections: 1) Finding balance in your budget, how to set up a budget that works, and understanding loans; 2) Outlook and opportunities for the road ahead including investor concerns surrounding the slow pace of economic recovery, inflation and interest rates, rising deficits and debt; 3) foundations of investing ? bonds, stock and mutual funds, asset allocation and impact of inflation; 4) fundamental concepts of investing strategies to help build wealth; 5) retirement by design; 6) changing retirement ? the next move; and 7) building your investment income foundation. Also explores why an income stream is important and how to use the different types of income to build a sustainable and predictable income stream. Consists of seven sessions.
